I headed out to see this film during a free screening. I had high expectations since the two leads are sensational entertainers.
I needed to adore this film however it felt disconnected. Most motion pictures where there’s something strange/close to home that occurs, there’s a development. You get to know the characters. You feel associated with them. For this situation, there wasn’t that development. It was difficult to truly feel anything for what occurs.
I hate motion pictures where they piece together different courses of events that leaps to and fro. Particularly when there’s very little that permits you to perceive which timetable you’re watching.
This film was intended for Netflix, not the big screen.
